1. Project Kickoff:
Services begin after a contract is signed and the initial payment is successfully processed.
A welcome email will be sent, detailing the next steps, and clients will receive access to a private Slack channel for communication.
Portal access or system credentials (if applicable) are delivered based on the scope of work.
2. Communication & Collaboration:
Clients will be onboarded to a support channel via [Slack / Email / WhatsApp / Other].
All tasks, updates, and communication are coordinated through this channel.
3. Reporting:
Reporting frequency is based on service tier or project type.
Clients may receive monthly or milestone-based summaries detailing:
- Campaign performance
- CRM or funnel activity
- Engagement metrics
- Workflow status
Optional dashboard access may be provided depending on the package or tools used.
4. Billing & Invoicing:
Invoices are issued through Stripe (or other payment platform) on the ___ of each month.
Payment is due upon receipt to maintain active service.
All billing is handled securely using the payment method on file.
Clients can cancel services at any time with 30 days’ notice. Cancellations must be requested via email or through our contact page.
System access will be removed after the final billing cycle or end of contract, whichever applies.
No refunds are provided for services already completed.
Prepaid, unused services may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
