Click Voyager is a digital marketing service provider offering a range of solutions including marketing automation, CRM system builds, campaign execution, and performance infrastructure. This policy outlines how our services are fulfilled, billed, and supported.

We do not sell physical goods or software directly through our website. This document ensures service transparency and compliance with our billing processors.

Service Description

Click Voyager provides digital marketing services, which may include:

  • CRM system setup and automation

  • Campaign planning and delivery (email, SMS, etc.)

  • Website or funnel design and lead capture flows

  • Conversion optimization and retention systems

  • Reporting dashboards and system monitoring

Service Delivery

1. Project Kickoff:

  • Services begin after a contract is signed and the initial payment is successfully processed.

  • A welcome email will be sent, detailing the next steps, and clients will receive access to a private Slack channel for communication.

  • Portal access or system credentials (if applicable) are delivered based on the scope of work.

2. Communication & Collaboration:

  • Clients will be onboarded to a support channel via [Slack / Email / WhatsApp / Other].

  • All tasks, updates, and communication are coordinated through this channel.

3. Reporting:

  1. Reporting frequency is based on service tier or project type.

  2. Clients may receive monthly or milestone-based summaries detailing:

    - Campaign performance

    - CRM or funnel activity

    - Engagement metrics

    - Workflow status

  3. Optional dashboard access may be provided depending on the package or tools used.

4. Billing & Invoicing:

  1. Invoices are issued through Stripe (or other payment platform) on the ___ of each month.

  2. Payment is due upon receipt to maintain active service.

  3. All billing is handled securely using the payment method on file.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Clients can cancel services at any time with 30 days’ notice. Cancellations must be requested via email or through our contact page.

  2. System access will be removed after the final billing cycle or end of contract, whichever applies.

  3. No refunds are provided for services already completed.

  4. Prepaid, unused services may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

  2. Respond to requests for content, feedback, or approvals

  3. Deliver all assets required for campaign execution within agreed timelines

  4. Remain responsive throughout the project or service term
